Your future duties and responsibilities
Data Center Security
- Requires experience in server support.
- Process Data Center Access for all Canadian Data Center.
- Need to Perform daily checks in CCURE system and Data Center access control logs.
- Manage DC security Incidents and perform investigations.
- Participate in Data Center Incident Review meetings
- Creation of tickets for incidents detected manually
- Create changes when required.
- Create and update procedures for Audits.
- Support CCURE system with our vendor
- Participate in all DC Audits concerning for Security
- Follow CGI security standards

Change Management
- Coordinate with our vendor maintenance activities and change requests if changes need to be done on our system
- Need to be able to use multiple ticketing systems (Remedy, Service Now, SaaS, etc) to be able to process DC access and also for audit purposes
- Execute maintenance activities, service requests and change requests as necessary/requested
- Update and close records after work has been performed and provide status updates back to the Security Team
- Maintains operational documentation

General
- Represent Data Center Physical Security Team in conversations with Vendor/CGI teams in meetings
- Suggest improvements to internal support procedures
- Develop and maintain internal support documentation, checklists, etc
- Prepare metrics showing the quantity of jobs executed, tickets opened, etc for use by management in monthly dashboard reports
- Monitor and maintain ticketing queues within multiple systems (Remedy, Service Now, SaaS, etc)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to learn easily, flexible, good knowledge in the following tools or platforms:

- Wintel,
- CCURE 9000,
- Security Systems
- HTML,
- Remedy BMC
- etc.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Requirements: DEC or equivalent in IT.
- Sociable, flexible and able to work as a team.
- Bilingual (French end English) (spoken and written)

This position requires eligibility for secret-level government security clearance.
