**Who Are We Looking For?**

The right agent for our team is an individual who thrives on facing challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. They will demonstrate daily the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first and doing the right thing. The agent will prospect for leads daily, convert these leads to appointments and appointments into sales while providing a high level of service to their clients. The agent will also demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth within the industry.

**What Will You Do?**
- Prospect for Leads Daily
- Convert Leads to Appointments
- Attend Buyer and Listing Appointments
- Covert Appointments to Sales
- Effectively Negotiate Contracts
- Provide a High Level of Service to Clients
- Commit to Personal and Professional Growth

**Qualifications**:

- Valid RECO License in Ontario
- Has Completed a Minimum of 3 Real Estate Transactions
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to Be a Team Player
- Motivated, Positive, Coachable, Passionate, Ethical & Honest

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $50,460.15-$248,808.77 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
