We are seeking a Warranty Administrator

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Exhibits professionalism, first point of contact for warranty inquiries
- Data entry
- Processing parts and warranty credits
- Assess, correct, code, invoice and submit all warranty claims
- Assist with arranging and shipping of warranty parts
- Warranty procedure changes and maintain files
- Provide ongoing assistance to the Warranty Coordinator
- Submitting warranty repair invoicing

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, related education or experience is an asset
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Solution oriented person - the ability to identify and understand a client issue and then determine an appropriate solution to implement
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Desire to exceed customer expectations

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Experience**:

- Administrative, warranty, parts and service: 1 year (required)

**Location**:

- Lethbridge, AB (preferred)
