**Administrative Clerk**

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative HR and Payroll support, monitor security protocols of employees scanning in and out, and will track daily attendance on and off the production floor. Clerical work will include creating and filing of employee’s records, attendance tracking, FOB card registrations, incident reports and tracking/ordering supplies for HR and Payroll. Other duties involve maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR and Payroll filing systems, attendance, and personnel records. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Revise and review daily punches of employees in EZLabour, and attendance of personnel.
- Assist with on-boarding/training of new employees.
- Assist HR with Card processing, entering data of new employees, and deactivating cards of employees no longer working at Freshouse Foods.
- Help to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Fax, photocopy, and scan documents as required.
- Create, organize, maintain, and coordinate office/employee’s records and files in their proper locations.
- Accurate and appropriate filing of correspondence, cards, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist with pre-screening of applicants.
- Correspond with agencies regarding staffing requirements and updates on staffing.
- Assist with internal and external audits of employee’s files and policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements/experience**:

- Able to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
- High school diploma, GED or other equivalent.
- Post Secondary Education in Office Administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal skills and comprehension.
- Time management and organizational skills are essential.
- Service oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellentmemory skills.
- Good to have: ADP: EZLabour and Teampay, Atrium and CardPresso

**Working Conditions**:

- Plant environment (noisy, cold, and warm), wear PPE required, and follow food safety and H&S policies.
- Prolonged standing, walking and sitting.
- Regular interaction with Payroll Team, HR Team, Production Teams and production employees.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
