**The Role**:

- Use data and analysis to identify new opportunities to personalize the customer journey - considering both new and returning customers.
- Report on core CRM KPIs and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and enhance performance.

**We Are Excited About You Because**:

- You have a positive attitude, high level of passion and curiosity, and willing to roll up your sleeves and learn.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills and an ability to work with cross functional partners/agencies.
- Experience with any of the following: Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive SMS or Looker are a plus.
