Au sein du centre d’appels, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de la TD, puisque nos clients sont au cœur de tout ce que nous faisons. Vous offrirez à ces clients et aux partenaires internes et externes divers services financiers, aussi bien dans le cadre d’appels entrants et sortants que par l’intermédiaire des canaux numériques.

**Description du poste (Job Description)**
- Tout commence dès que vous répondez à un appel ou ouvrez une session en ligne. Chaque conversation vous donne l’occasion de jouer le plus important rôle qui soit, celui de vous assurer que nos clients filent le parfait bonheur avec leur banque. Chaque jour, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes:

- Offrir aux clients les meilleures solutions qui soient, et leur donner conseils éclairés et expertise sur la façon dont les actifs numériques de la TD peuvent les aider à satisfaire leurs besoins financiers, maintenant et plus tard.
- Offrir des conseils, un soutien aux ventes et un service exceptionnels quant aux appels entrants et sortants pour des opérations de complexité modérée à élevée liées à une gamme de produits et de services financiers, avec l’objectif de trouver la solution parfaite du premier coup.
- Agir à titre d’expert en matière de produits et de processus de services-conseils, afin de jouer un rôle clé en répondant aux éventuelles préoccupations du client et, si les circonstances l’exigent, assumer la responsabilité de la résolution du problème ou transmettre le cas aux instances appropriées.
- Atteindre les objectifs établis tout en jouant le rôle d’ambassadeur de l’innovation et en offrant notamment une expérience légendaire et des conseils judicieux.
- Mettre en place les procédures et les approches nécessaires pour effectuer efficacement les tâches liées aux conseils et au service à la clientèle.
- Travailler efficacement en équipe, tirer profit et apprendre des connaissances de vos collègues et soutenir ces derniers dans la résolution de problèmes de clients.
