**Quality Assurance Analyst**

**Department: Information Technology**

**Reporting to: Senior Manager, BA/QA**

**Value & Overview of the Role**:
The value this role brings is actively participation in the testing of releases/projects to ensure the software solutions has added value and has met the business need, speciation, and quality standard for our clients

Accountabilities:

- Complete **quality assignment** on time ensuring design of software meets functional and system requirements independently.
- Ensure **quality of assignment** reflects established standards, ensuring any defects are identified, analyzed and resolved on time.
- Ensure **testing techniques** and methodologies are evaluated and test new or modified software programs according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
- Support and **maintain production system** according to SLA and functional system requirements.
- Contribute to the **technology innovations** that will enhance current products and service

Work Experience/Skills:

- Experiences of investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Using TFS and test managers is necessary to perform the everyday duties.
- Experience in automated testing is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete tasks and work items independently

Knowledge:

- Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Knowledge of querying relational database, MSSQL

**Education**:

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years’ direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.
- Other QA related trainings

Other Information:

- Status: Full Time Contract
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Location: 39 Wynford Drive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
