Our firm practices primarily in the areas of Corporate Commercial law, Municipal and Land Planning, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, and Wills & Estate Planning.

We currently have an opening for a **Summer** **Law Student** to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis from May through August and to work primarily in our Woodstock office. Some attendance at our satellite offices may be required. This is a summer position for law students looking to gain practical experience in a legal setting.

Law students at White Coad LLP have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of estate planning, estate administration, corporate management and transactional work and real estate files, including researching, document preparation, sitting in on client meetings and running meetings with lawyer supervision.

The position requires strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What we are looking for:

- You are a current student enrolled in an accredited Law program in Canada.
- You possess a strong academic record and are familiar with legal research tools and databases.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word. Experience with Excel would be an asset.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
