**Responsibilities**:
**What do our Support Services Administrators do?**

The Support Services Administrator will handle various areas of data entry relating to our customers as well as other office duties as required. The hired person will also support the Operations Team as needed.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Data entry related to client contracts/jobs
- Organizing and exporting data
- Supporting with clients relationships for business purposes
- Various office duties

**What do you need?**
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- The ability to multi-task, and to organize work to consistently meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in similar administrative role.
- Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position.
- Attention to detail, well-organized and effective time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work dependably
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a current drivers' abstract
