The CSR Manager will report to the CSR Director. Your main responsibilities lie in the alignment and implementation of BRP’s CSR Governance and journey to CSR leadership. You will support the CSR Team with governance, including coordination with Senior Management and their teams to track and ensure progress of their action plans to reach BRP’s CSR ambitions.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with business units and key cross functional partners to develop, support and follow their CSR action plan to meet our targets and goals;
Collaborate with and influence senior management across departments to embed CSR in their initiatives;
Collaborate with key CSR representatives in all geographies where BRP operates to ensure alignment to the CSR strategy;
Provide best-in-class ideas and benchmarks to feed CSR roadmap to leadership;
Stay current with industry wide issues, trends and best practices;
Collaborate with the CSR Team to meet BRP’s CSR ambitions;
The position’s responsibilities include cross-functional engagement throughout the company and with various external stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

10+ years of CSR leadership experience, including cross-functional collaborations;
Experience in team management;
Strong knowledge of ESG practices and trends, including regulatory requirements and reporting practices;
Solid planning and project management skills;
Ability to interact and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners;
Possess strong influencing and credibility skills with stakeholders and colleagues;
Have the ability to share knowledge and be able to consider divergent viewpoints in a diverse and multicultural environment;
Bilingual - able to write and communicate fluently in both French and English;
Highly detail oriented;
At minimum, an undergraduate degree.
