**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for recruiting international students, including identifying target markets, attending recruitment fairs, and utilizing digital platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas educational consultants, agencies, and partner schools to expand the school's global reach.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective international students and their families promptly and provide accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
- Organize and lead campus tours and orientation programs for international students upon their arrival.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns targeted at the international student audience.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and ensure compliance with visa processes and documentation for international students.
- Monitor international student enrollment trends and provide regular reports and recommendations to the school administration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, international relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international student recruitment or related fields such as international admissions, education abroad, or international exchange programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of global education systems and international student mobility trends.
- Familiarity with immigration regulations and visa processes for international students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, social media, and web-based platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for recruitment events and activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
