**Regional Sales Manager**

Hansler Industries LTD./Leavitt Machinery is actively recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting Hansler’s wide range of equipment and services within your assigned region.

**The Opportunity**:
The Regional Sales Manager is a key role in the organization, responsible for driving sales and formally leading a team of outside sales professionals. A Sales Manager’s job includes (but not limited to) hosting weekly team and one on one meetings, review weekly team schedules, in territory meetings with customers, CRM management, conducting performance reviews, setting annual targets, team building, and helping to define the sales strategy for the region.

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years in outside sales with strong results
- Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
- Proven sales ability; strong qualifying and prospecting skills
- Team Leadership skills
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills
- Willing to learn, able to work with mínimal supervision, and resilient when facing challenges
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
