Our Client a leader in Logistics, Home & Office Moving is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their Sales team.

As the Regional Sales Manager for our client's Toronto region, you'll lead a team of sales professionals across household and office moving departments. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 30-35 sales staff, including outside sales representatives and move management representatives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in the Toronto market.
- Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and team development.
- Strong understanding of the moving industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Toronto region as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
