Our client, a Real Estate Property Management Company is looking for an experienced full-time Commercial Property Coordinator to join their team and help manage their properties in Québec.

**Summary**

In this key role, you will be responsible to oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties (i.e: cleaning and maintenance), facilitating contract negotiations, communicating with owners about occupancy levels and collecting rent. You will act as the point of contact for all tenant inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

**Key responsibilities**:
Inspect property and tenant spaces periodically to ensure compliance with leases and upkeep of property.

Preparing Lease documents and working closely with prospective tenants and outside brokers to lease vacant spaces and conducting tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Schedule and coordinate all vendors for work/maintenance being done on the properties, as well as obtain service contracts for regular seasonal duties (such as snow removal and lawn maintenance).

Review invoicing from vendors and ensuring that they are billed correctly and proper codes are being utilized for the internal accounting department.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Westmount, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)
