The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. This includes answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services, as well as providing guidance and support to clients as they navigate our platform. A passion for problem solving and providing solutions to clients are critical for success in this role.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities- Provide support to our clients, including problem determination, resolution and escalation as needed- Deliver superior customer service to our client's by understanding the customer's needs and providing solutions for concerns related to our products.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, using department guidelines and timeframes- Maintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retention- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding our products and services- Educate clients on products and program enhancements- Document customer interactions in Salesforce- Complete additional projects as assigned
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and/or customer support experience- Familiarity with financial services technology and products a plus
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Must have reliable internet connection and ability to work well independently
Tools:
- Previous experience working with Salesforce and/or Jira a plus
