A bit about the role _**

Solink is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have proven experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably with experience carrying a sales target.
- You possess experience in data reporting and proficiency in Excel.
- You have exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- You are detail-oriented, creative, and empathetic with a strong ability to align large numbers of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You have demonstrated the ability to learn and follow product specifications and contribute to ongoing expansion efforts.
- You understand net revenue retention metrics, successful pilot management, and general expansion revenue strategies.
- You have experience in the restaurant or retail industry, which is a plus.
- You have a passion for working in a fast-paced and evolving environment similar to a Customer Success role but focused on assisting with ongoing expansion.
- You are able to work effectively with account executives, and territory leads, and identify customer success opportunities.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- You will proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients, leveraging an understanding of their business and our solutions.
- You will develop and implement strategic plans for each account to achieve sales targets, improve engagement, and enhance client satisfaction. You will set short-term and long-term goals.
- You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with the support team to resolve any technical or service-related issues promptly.
- You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. You will conduct demos as required.
- You will gather client feedback on products and services, channeling this information back to the relevant departments for product development and service improvement.
- You will create deals and quotes following client sign-off.
- You will demonstrate proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), Slack (internal communication), LinkedIn (relationship and prospecting), Gong, and Zoom.
