You will work on various integrated teams comprised of capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions professionals that will provide you with the necessary skills to succeed in Investment Banking. - You will be assigned to an industry group or to mergers and acquisitions;
- You will work under the overall direction of a senior officer in a group of experienced professionals as they generate ideas, advise clients and execute transactions;
How You Will Contribute
- Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze merger and acquisition opportunities;
- Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities;
- Assist with client negotiations and documentation;
- Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos;
- Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client presentations;
- Aid senior team members with idea generation;
- Manage and review the work of analysts; and,
- Develop internal relationships in order to leverage products and services provided by TD.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduating in December of 2023 or spring/summer 2024 with an MBA and work experience.
- Have a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communications abilities and a solid foundation in finance or mathematics;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment; and, Demonstrated leadership experience (.i.e. sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, philanthropy).
