This role sits within Laurentian Bank Securities, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.

Under the supervision of the Head of Investment Banking, you will have a unique role within the team. You will be responsible for delivering leadership support to the banking group and coordinating banking opportunities with the firm's issuer base.

This role sits within Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.

**Responsibilities**:
º Head of the Diversified strategy and vision for Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.

º Lead client coverage teams to originate and execute capital markets transactions (equity raising, debt advisory, re-structuring, capital markets advisory, M&A)

º Lead transaction implementation across Diversified coverage

º Conceptualize, organize, and deliver new business presentations

º Maintain and originate key relationships with buy side and corporate clients

º Manage, educate, and develop banking analysts, associates, VP's and directors

º Provide support, leadership, and guidance to other senior investment banking staff across industry groups

**Qualifications**:
º Bachelor's degree required

º CFA and / or graduate business / finance degrees preferred

º Minimum ten (10) years of relevant investment banking experience

º Minimum 2-3 years as a Managing Director

º Excellent presentation and written communication skills

º Strong quantitative, statistical, and analytical thinking skills

º Ability to work in a team environment

º Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment; strong multi-tasking skills required

º Fluent French an asset
