The Helios Readiness team within ICM Product Management at Citigroup is hiring Product Management System Readiness Communication Specialist/ AVP skilled in effective communication strategies, tools and materials to enable adoption of the new Helios credit risk management platform by users, stakeholders, senior managers, and technology teams with each release containing newly built features through the effective communication.

**Organization & Department Overview**

The role is within the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group, which includes Credit Underwriting, Transaction Management and Initial Data Capture, Portfolio Management, Collateral Management, and partners heavily with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Bankers. ICM Product Management alongside Loans Technology are building a new Credit Risk Management architecture and ecosystem for all of the Institutional Client Group (ICG) - driving end-to-end delivery on a Front-to-Back strategy for loans and service model that fully supports, satisfies and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators.

**Job Functions**

The team is looking for a growth-oriented and detail-oriented Associate Vice President who will:

- _ Design_, develop and deliver internal communication strategies to bring organizational alignment around the platforms launch
- _ Develop _user engagement and marketing plans, campaigns, messages, presentations posts and other assets to drive user adoption of the Helios platform
- _ Manage_ roadshows and manage the overall event including the logistics around a large-scale presentation
- Create clear, concise, and compelling content for various communication materials, including but not limited to presentations, roadshows, campaigns and other material. Ensure messaging is consistent, and tailored to the intended audience.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, team members and align with the overall system readiness plan

In the role, the Communication Specialist/AVP will have opportunities for senior management exposure, to make highly impactful process improvements, and to grow their leadership skills.

The Communication Specialist/AVP will:

- gain structured analytical skills with a focus on presentation and design - create communication materials that enhances knowledge and skills of employees,
- build presentation skills that cater to the audience using multiple mediums (verbal, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.),
- receive mentorship from the specialist’s reporting line as well as through formal development and leadership programs within the group,
- be part of a collaborative, diverse, and results-driven team that supports one another on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**

The Communication Specialist/AVP is expected to have:

- Bachelors’ degree in communication related field,
- Proven experience (greater than 2 years of relevant work experience) as a communication specialist as part of large programs
- Experience working in a global, dynamic environment,
- Excellent Interpersonal + Communication skills to enable effective experience for stakeholders,
- Proficiency in communication strategies, tools (PowerPoint, Word) and development of communications,
- Direct working experience on platform communication for effective roll outs,
- Attention to detail
- Superior Planning & Organization skills
- Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills and must be team player
- Creates executable path and drives meaningful outcome
