Sales Expert for Signs Services (3D Channel Letters, Vehicle Wrapping, Printing Services)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Expert to join our team, specializing in Signs Services, including 3D Channel Letters, Vehicle Wrapping, and Printing Services. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales for our range of signs and printing solutions. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a minimum of 1-year sales experience are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, attending events, and utilizing online platforms.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for their signage and printing requirements. Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Proposal and Quote Preparation: Collaborate with the production team to develop accurate and detailed proposals and quotes that align with client specifications and budgetary constraints.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently delivering outstanding results.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using appropriate CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project handover and facilitate effective communication between the sales and production departments.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress, achievements, and potential challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the signage industry or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software to effectively communicate with clients and the production team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills to showcase the value of our services.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of various signage and printing solutions, including 3D Channel Letters, Vehicle Wrapping, and Printing Services is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to drive sales opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: $15.65-$29.52 per hour
