**By-law Enforcement Officer/Special Constable**
The Town of Digby is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Bylaw Enforcement Officer/Special Constable. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer on all services, personnel, administrative and policy issues relating to the responsibilities of the position. The position will be required to perform the overall enforcement of the Town By-Laws, the sections of the Motor Vehicle Act which pertain to the parking regulations. Part XV with regards to Dangerous or Unsightly Property of the Municipal Government Act.
