**The RM Auto Group** is currently seeking a **Full-Time** Accounting Clerk

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, you will perform junior accounting functions at our Oakwood Nissan dealership. This is an entry level position and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and grow within an organization. The position will be responsible for:

- Processing and posting car sales, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Preparing and posting the daily cash deposit.
- Performing routine account reconciliations and assist with the preparation of month end schedules.

**Here’s what you bring to the table**:

- Working towards or completion of an accounting degree or an accounting diploma. Relevant prior experience will also be considered.
- Proactive, energetic, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Well organized, assertive, diplomatic, and detail oriented with accuracy in all functions of the role.
- Experience with CDK Global Dealership Management or PBS Systems is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a proficiency in Excel.
