Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking a** **professional **CLASS 1 Drivers - Michelin Teams - US/CA. **Drivers/teams can be based out of any major city in the Maritimes including, but not limited to Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax, Saint John, Charlottetown.

**Main Role**:
Manage time and ensure accurate and timely delivery service to our customers. Enthusiastic, great attitude and exceptional customer service skills are a must to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offload variable shipment weight and handle freight equipment properly and in a safe manner to avoid any damage.
- Running Linehaul within from Maritimes to South Carolina - 2 trips each run and 3 days off between runs.
- Deliver freight to assigned locations
- Ensure timely delivery.
- Listen to and communicate efficiently with the customer.

**Requirements**:

- Education Required: High School or GED.
- Class 1 driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years’ safe tractor reefer driving experience required.
- Proof of COVID Vaccination required.
- Familiarity with satellite systems an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a **team environment.**:

- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal search.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Approx. Work Schedule: Sunday at 1 pm through the week to Friday with 1.5 day off the first week (3 Trips) and 2.5 days off the second week (2 trips).
- Able to lift to 75 lbs. using the proper equipment.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Safety conscious.
