**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Class A

**About the Role:**

As a Registered Nurse Class A, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, assessing needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. You will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, requiring strong communication and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
  • Coordinate patient care and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • Registered (active) with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
  • Minimum of two years specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology
  • Knowledge of target population and community services
  • Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record
  • Clean criminal record check
  • CPR Level C certification
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
