The Marketing Specialist will support our downtown Vancouver marketing team and manage various related responsibilities. This part-time position requires a thorough understanding of our company, brand, and operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Effectively manage tight deadlines with a positive attitude, both independently and in a team setting
- Possess strong communication, reliability, accuracy, adaptability, and customer service skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, solid problem-solving abilities, creativity, and initiative
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while remaining flexible
- Work independently and remotely, with regular meetings and ongoing communication touchpoints

**Main Tasks**:

- Create, print and update various collateral that is needed for the Tasting Room and Sales Team
- Coordinate partnerships, promotions, and events such as Winemaker's dinners and wine festivals
- Maintain and update the website content, including hours of operation, new wines, photo updates, and price changes
- Assist in managing website, ensuring accuracy and functionality (working with web developers as needed) and handling Ecommerce updates

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong skills in Website CMS Management (WordPress, Google Analytics, WooCommerce, Commerce 7)
- Photography skills an asset

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive compensation package, with hourly wage $25-35, based on experience and qualifications
- Flexibility in hours and schedule, as well as possibility to work from home, however, work from the office is preferred
- Corporate benefits backage available, based on hours worked, with a minimum of 24 hours per week required to qualify.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 32 per week

**Benefits**:
