**B2B Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative is part of a team that handles all logistics pertaining to our clients. You are their point of contact and therefore provide consistent quality and timely care.
**Reports to**: Operations Coordinator
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE 70%**
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding services and build strong relationships.
- Outbound calls to follow up on products and service inquiries in a timely manner
**INTERNAL SUPPORT 20%**
- Work closely with the Sales Team for all details pertaining to customer’s orders, from sample demands to pricing inquiries.
- Liaises with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, marketing, product development, finance, and sales in order to best support the fulfillment of customers' inquiries, orders and issues.
**ADMINISTRATIVE 10%**
- Review open orders daily, ensuring that orders are valid, and verify ETA accuracy on backorders
**What You Offer**:
- Proven experience having worked within an office environment and engaging with clients or partners
- Written and verbal proficiency in French and English is a must
- Experience in phone and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
**Nice to Have**:
- Distribution or other relevant industry experience
- Experience with SAP/or any ERP system
- B2B Client Experience

**Supérieur**: Coordonnatrice des opérations
**Principales tâches et responsabilités.**
**Service à la clientèle 70 %**
- Interagir avec les clients afin d'offrir un service exceptionnel et d'établir de solides relations.
- Traiter de façon précise et efficace les commandes, les retours et les autres demandes soumises par le client et l'équipe des ventes par téléphone, courriel, télécopieur et interface Web.
- Appels sortants pour suivre rapidement les demandes de produits et de services.
**Soutien interne 20%**
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe commerciale sur tous les détails des commandes des clients, des demandes d'échantillons aux demandes de prix.
- Assurer la liaison avec l'entrepôt, la logistique, les achats, le marketing, les finances et les ventes pour mieux répondre aux demandes, commandes et questions des clients.
**Tâches administrative 10 %**
- Vérifiez les commandes ouvertes tous les jours, assurez-vous que les commandes sont valides, vérifiez l'exactitude pour les commandes en attente.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication téléphonique et en service à la clientèle.
- Solides compétences en informatique, notamment Microsoft Office (Word et Excel)
- Excellentes aptitudes écrites et verbales en anglais et en français.
- Doit faire preuve de proactivité et de résolution de problèmes.
