**Compensation**:

- Salary Range - $120,000 - $140,000 | $140,000 - $160,000 DOE

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enhance IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
- Manage system upgrades, installations, and configurations to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
- Oversee administrative budgets, optimize operational processes, eliminate waste, and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Establish policies and procedures to promote company culture and vision.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Support employee communication with the management team.
- Implement, update, and oversee accounting practices, designing efficient systems, processes, and controls to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist in evaluating the viability of M&As, investments, and projects from a financial standpoint.
- Supervise and support the finance team inclusive of AR/AP, procurement, and accounting functions.
- Offer financial insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Engage in negotiations with financial implications or risks.
- Stay updated on federal, provincial, and municipal changes affecting the organization's financial operations.
- In collaboration with senior leadership, provide oversight to the IT department to set standards, and priorities, and align IT with business objectives and values.
- Identify opportunities to improve the functions and processes of the organization through new software tools, integrations, and automation as an ongoing continual process improvement mandate.
- Provide oversight and direction to the HR & compliance team.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on initiatives to foster improved employee experiences, education, and career development opportunities.
- Align HR with corporate objectives on an ongoing basis.
- Develop the HR team where necessary to accommodate the scaling business.
- Offer strategic guidance to executive and management teams, aligning annual budgets with human and fiscal resources.
- Generate operational performance and financial reports for senior leadership.
- Lead innovation, governance, and management, ensuring identification, evaluation, and monitoring of both operational and strategic risks.

**Qualifications**:
**Proven experience as Director of Operations or similar leadership role with a minimum of 7 years experience in such a role.**
- Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, fiscal analysis, and operational benchmarking and reporting.
- Experience leading business functions including HR, Finance, and IT, ideally in a technology services setting.
- Proven ability to lead and manage people resources by communicating job expectations, planning for, monitoring, and appraising performance results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
