**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining files and documentation related to properties.
