The Commercial purchasing agent & analyst support role is an integral part of the Purchasing & Commercial team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Item Creation
- (Input data entry) Ensure all item creation are enter within 2 days. Communicate with vendors/directors
- Discontinues Items
- Pos+ (Point of sale) input the quotes
- Knowledgeable in Point of sales (Pos+), and MMHF System
- Vendor Open order report
- Past Due
- adjust into the system the correct date
- Other duties as required.
