Reporting to the Manager, Government Affairs, you will be responsible for the providing timely, accurate, efficient management and complete oversight and administrative support of regulatory affairs. You will have the opportunity to work with all Centres of Excellence in updating and maintaining regulatory compliance requirements documentation by region, insurance licensing and liaising with regulatory and government organizations as required. Our Government Affairs group is in its transformation journey, and we welcome a Government Affairs Administrator to help us expand and consolidate our growth in the coming years.

- Completion of a diploma or degree in business administration/legal and/or related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy and numeracy.
- Knowledge of the bereavement industry’s regulatory environment and provincial legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative to troubleshoot and problem solve while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Adobe Reader and Writer.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and/or website administration would be an asset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
