**Summary**:
The Legacy Properties Group aims to go through and assess historical documents, opting to either digitize them or securely store paper files at the Sullivan mine site.

Reporting to the Business Administration Supervisor, the Assistant, Records Management involves collaboration with the Program Information Coordinator to organize large amounts of paper files and ensure they are being accurately catalogued and accessible for future use.

This is a 6 month part-time contract to start that will be based on-site at our Sullivan mine in Kimberley, BC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Organize property files
- Review and eliminate unnecessary papers in the files, using agreed upon guidelines
- Retrieve, file, and compile a tracking list of important information
- Label each file for proper storage
- Identify files suitable for secure recycling
- Prepare and pack files for storage
- Fulfill other miscellaneous record management responsibilities as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Previous experience with filing and/or records management is considered an asset
- Enrollment in a Records Management program is preferred

**Wage Range**:$28.50 per hour
