Lube - Tire Technician
**Canadian Tire Eglinton and Laird - Store 459**
**We are a busy 10 bay shop and expanding soon.**
- **We have full time and part time opportunities in our Tire/Lube Department.**
We are currently looking for a few " **Experienced Tire/Lube Technicians"**. **You must have your own tools**. I am only looking for only the best
- If this sounds like you send your resume. We pay our **Tire/Lube Techs from $16.55/hr plus bonus. The more you produce the bigger the bonus. Potential to average up to $24.55/hr if bonus targets are achieved.**
**If you are hired for this position you are required to complete all online training prior to starting. Online course TIA and Hoist training must be complete within a certain time line.**
This is a fast paced environment and you must be a team player. We are only looking for reliable people with a positive attitude who are always on time and who are team players. **Canadian Tire experience preferred but not required.**

- days/evening -extended hours and Weekends -Saturday/Sunday - Peak Tire Season
- April, Nov.,Dec. -may have to work extra hours**:
- **"GREAT OPPORTUNITY" - STUDENTS TAKING AUTOMOTIVE TECH COURSES or GRADUATES FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAM**:
- **This position offers working hour from 20-40hr per week.**
**Drivers License and drivers abstract is required**. You should also know how to drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
You must be flexible as shifts vary especial during peak seasons. ( **ex**. During peak tire season-(winter/spring).

**Opportunity for apprenticeship.**
**Duties**:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs
- Replace filters, belts, and other basic vehicle components
- Check fluid levels and top up as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with different types of vehicles and their components
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
