**Job Posting: Operations Manager - Pressure Washing Business**

Are you a dynamic, organized, and results-driven individual with a passion for leading teams and optimizing business operations? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our fast-growing pressure washing business. As an essential part of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and maintaining our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our pressure washing business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage and optimize the scheduling of pressure washing jobs, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services.
- Hire, train, and supervise pressure washing technicians, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team.
- Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance, ensuring all tools and machinery are in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance business performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the pressure washing or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in business development or marketing is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
