- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'éducateurs ou d'éducatrices pour combler des emplois à temps complet au Centre de réadaptation de l’Ouest de Montréal (CROM), à Lachine. Les personnes retenues seront appelées à effectuer des remplacements dans nos diverses installations, allant du centre-ville de Montréal jusqu'à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue (pointe Ouest de l’île). Nous recherchons donc des personnes aptes à se déplacer sur l'ensemble de notre territoire de desserte.
- Le CROM est un centre de réadaptation en déficiences intellectuelles, troubles du spectre de l’autisme et déficiences physiques (DI-TSA-DP) qui a pour mission de favoriser l’autonomie et la qualité de vie des usagers. Le CROM fournit des services à des usagers de tout âge ainsi qu’à leurs familles.- Vous aspirez à faire un changement positif dans la communauté? Nous avons besoin de vous
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions comme éducateur(trice) au CROM, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Assurer l'éducation et la rééducation des usagers en milieux socioprofessionnels et communautaires selon les programmes d'intervention établis, en collaboration avec l'équipe multidisciplinaires en place, en vue de l'adaptation ou de la réadaptation de l'individu;
- Appliquer des techniques d'éducation en utilisant les actes de la vie quotidienne;
- Organiser, coordonner et animer les activités prévues au programme - telles que la modélisation et l’enseignement des compétences de vie, la régulation émotionnelle et la gestion de la colère - qui favorisent l'apprentissage et l'acquisition d'attitudes et de comportements adéquats;- Observer et analyser le comportement des usagers, participer à l’évaluation de leurs besoins et de leurs capacités, documenter la progression et définir leurs programmes d’activités;
- Outiller les employeurs et soutenir les usagers dans leurs milieux d’intégration ainsi que dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches professionnelles.

- Disponibilité recherchée:
- Détient un AEC ou un DEC dans une discipline appropriée (technique d'éducation spécialisée, technique d'intervention en délinquance, technique de travail social) OU un baccalauréat dans l’une des disciplines suivantes : psychologie, sociologie, psychoéducation, relations humaines, travail social, criminologie*;
- Est apte à établir une relation thérapeutique avec une clientèle francophone et anglophone;
- Est disponible pour travailler sur des quarts de travail de jour ou de soir;
- Possède un permis de conduire valide et une voiture pour les déplacements (kilométrage remboursé), un atout.- Comments:
