**Spécialiste de la paie et des avantages S./ Payroll & Benefits Specialist**

Le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux gérera le cycle complet de la paie au Canada et aux États-Unis, ainsi que l'administration des avantages sociaux des employés.

Vous jouerez un rôle important et stratégique dans toutes les initiatives et tous les projets liés à la paie, tout en ayant l'entière responsabilité de la paie. Vous serez responsable de l'impôt sur les salaires et des rapprochements de comptes, des rapports de fin d'année ainsi que de la collecte de la documentation requise pour la Loi sur l'investissement dans la formation de 1 %.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET OBLIGATION**:
Les responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:

- Traiter la paie canadienne et américaine toutes les deux semaines, conformément à la loi sur les normes du travail et aux politiques et procédures de Kitco.
- Maintenir l'information sur la paie et assurer le traitement précis et opportun des mises à jour et des changements liés à l'information sur les employés ainsi qu'aux exigences et règlements de l'entreprise et du gouvernement.
- Assurer le paiement des commissions, gérer les avantages sociaux, les saisies-arrêts, les taxes et autres déductions.
- Assembler les rapports sur les revenus salariaux, les taxes, les déductions, les congés et les salaires non imposables, et fournir aux finances tous les autres rapports requis.
- Travailler avec des intervenants interfonctionnels pour assurer la prestation des services de paie et d'avantages sociaux.
- Calculer les avantages imposables en ce qui concerne les assurances collectives, les programmes de récompense ou tout autre avantage.
- Calculer le montant des vacances à payer et s'assurer de l'exactitude du solde figurant dans le système de paie.
- Maintenir et assurer l'allocation appropriée des dépenses de paie à chaque département.
- Rapprochements de fin d'année et production des feuillets d'impôt et de tous les formulaires gouvernementaux.
- S'assurer que la paie et les remises gouvernementales respectent toutes les lois et tous les règlements.
- Maintenir la confidentialité des informations en adhérant aux normes légales et éthiques.
- Fournir des informations aux employés sur les questions de paie, les questions fiscales, les régimes d'avantages sociaux, les logiciels de gestion du rendement et autres programmes d'avantages sociaux.
- Planifier et administrer les différents programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés ainsi que les célébrations des anniversaires de travail et des récompenses annuelles,
- Participer à différentes initiatives et projets spéciaux liés à la paie et/ou aux RH.
- Calculer et soumettre le rapport de la loi 90 de la loi sur l'investissement dans la formation de 1 % et maintenir la documentation appropriée.
- Signaler les incidents liés aux rapports de travail à la CNESST.
- Coordonner les sessions REER/PDP entre l'employé et le conseiller du régime au besoin
- Soumettre les contributions de l'employé au régime REER/DPSP.
- Responsable du calcul, de la soumission et de la correspondance avec la banque en ce qui concerne le programme REER.
- Préparer et exécuter les processus d'évaluation dans notre SIRH.
- Toutes autres tâches selon les besoins

**APTITUDES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Maîtrise d'Excel.
- Connaissance approfondie de la taxe sur la masse salariale et de la réglementation du travail de la CNESST.
- Connaissance et expérience de l'utilisation d'un SIRH, un atout.
- Souci du détail, respect des délais et capacité à travailler sous pression avec un haut degré d'exactitude.
- Vous pouvez interagir aisément avec des employés de tous les niveaux d'expérience et d'ancienneté, dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande discrétion lorsque vous traitez de questions sensibles liées à la paie et aux avantages sociaux des employés.
- Vous êtes organisé, efficace et capable de gérer des tâches multiples.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication. (orale et écrite)

**COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES / PROFESSIONNELLES**:

- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en matière de paie canadienne.
- Expérience du traitement de la paie aux États-Unis avec une connaissance pratique de la réglementation américaine en matière de retenues fiscales.
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
