Dental Receptionist

**About us**

**Full-time Permanent Position Only**
- No summertime positions available.

**Manotick Main Dental Hours of Operation**:
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Friday: 8am - 3:30pm

Saturday: 8am - 2:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a kind, friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.

**Experience**:

- Customer Service or Hospitality: 1-2 Years (preferred)
- Reception/Administrative Experience an asset
- Previous Dental Assistant Experience an Asset
- Dentrix an Asset

**Hours**: 30 - 40 Hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$29.00 per hour
