**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, the Accreditation Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the Computerized Management Data System (CMDS), working to verify and ensure the suppliers remain fully compliant with our requirements. In addition, the Accreditation Manager will also be responsible for the updating and management of the Supply Chain Group Policies and Procedures.

The Accreditation Manager performs some or all of the following duties:

- Issue and manage new supplier requests through CMDS
- Review and approve/reject new supplier requests made from Operations through CMDS
- Working to ensure that all suppliers being utilized on sites are current on CMDS.
- Create and manage an accreditation tracker dashboard and run reports to confirm supplier verifications in targeted areas
- Follow up with suppliers who have changed status to red in CMDS and work with them to become compliant again
- Work with Operations to ensure orientation and documentation has been completed.
- Manage the One-Time hire process. Run reports to ensure that suppliers approved for one-time hires are not continually being utilized.
- Assist suppliers with uploading their documentation or responding to their queries
- Provide training to new members of staff on how to use CMDS and produce training videos for the Hub
- Onboard new suppliers with CMDS following any company acquisitions
- Attend meetings with CMDS when required
- Issue bulletins and communications both internally and externally regarding CMDS when required
- Manage and conduct Supply Chain Compliance Reporting
- Continuous improvement opportunities and maintenance requirements in CMDS
- Update Supply Chain Policies and Procedures when required and ensure change requests are documented accordingly.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Administration experience in HSEQ
- Previous Supply Chain experience
- Previous experience using one of the CDMS Registries would be an advantage (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, CQ Network etc.)_ _
- Solid proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Must possess a valid drivers licence and flexible to travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills
- Well-developed organizational, time-management and detail and decision-making skills.
- Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set own priorities to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
