**The Role**:
**Social Media/Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Schedule and publish posts on social media channels according to the content calendar.
- Assist in maintaining social media content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with the management coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Prepare and assist with standard quotes for our services.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Provide project management support to the Project Managers
- Compile and prepare final deliverables including documents, reports, files and other correspondence materials to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Complete final deliverable for various project types (Reference plans, Topographic Surveys, SRPS’s etc.)
- Has a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Marketing/Office Administration
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Is highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite of programs
- Is self-motivated, detail orientated, and able to handle conflicting priorities; has excellent organizational and time management skills.
