The OMS is a professional who ensures that everything runs smoothly by effectively communicating with customers, drivers, and centre management. The OMS role at UPS is the point of contact for drivers and to ensure that they have all necessary information needed to make deliveries.

Specific duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Monitor the Package Center Information System
- Respond to customer requests and resolve customer concerns
- Respond to driver requests and resolve driver concerns
- Dispatch driver on calls (on calls are customer pick up requests)
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal systems, reports, and personnel information
- Timecards
- Assist with keeping the operation organized
- Able to work within a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Training provided

**SHIFT**
- Permanent Part Time
- Monday - Friday (5 days a week) and Flexibility required
- Shift: 4:00PM - 9:00PM (approx.)
- Location: 575 Harwood Ave N, Ajax, On, L1Z 0K4
- This is a part time role which is typically a 3 to 5 hour day. However, depending on the volume, employees may be required to stay longer as they are dealing with time sensitive packages that need to be distributed so they make service to our customers.

**EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Strong computer skills/knowledge
- Must have ability to give instructions and work effectively with 80+ Drivers for the purpose of providing a high-level service to customers
