17 Basketball Club committed to the development of young basketball players. Our focus is on providing coaching, practice sessions, and competitive opportunities that emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

As we prepare to participate in the Spring-Summer Basketball League, taking place from late April to mid-June and summer, we are actively seeking experienced Rep coach to join our team. We are searching for an individual who can contribute to our mission and effectively lead our players to success on the court.

**Seasons**:
**Spring**: Mid April to Mid June
**Summer**: Early July to Mid August
**Fall**: Late Sep to Early April

**Developing Training Plans**:

- Designing and implementing comprehensive training plans to enhance players' skill levels and overall performance.
- Creating targeted training sessions and practice drills based on the season schedule and game requirement

**Technical Guidance/Tactical Training**:

- Providing personalized technical guidance to players, including offense, defense, passing, shooting, and other skills.

**Pre-Game Preparation**:

- Analyzing opponents' strengths and characteristics to devise targeted match strategies and tactical arrangements.
- Organizing pre-game warm-up training and tactical drills to ensure players are in their best condition for matches.

**Team Management**:

- Establishing a positive team culture to promote cooperation, support, and respect among team members.
- Addressing internal team issues and conflicts to ensure team cohesion and competitiveness.

**Communication with Management：**
- Reporting on the team's training progress, player status, and match results to management.
- Coordinating with management to ensure the team's development goals align with the organization's overall strategy.

**Communication with Parents and Players**:

- Establishing good communication with parents and players to relay training schedules, match information, and team updates in a timely manner.
- Addressing parents' and players' questions and concerns, and providing personalized advice and support.

**Recruitment**:

- Actively recruiting players to join the team, in accordance with the eligibility criteria and recruitment guidelines set forth by the local league.
- Attending local basketball events, scouting talented players, and conducting tryouts to identify potential team members who meet the league's standards and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching youth basketball Rep teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- First aid and CPR certification are mandatory.

**Salary**:

- **30-45 dollars per hour for practice**:

- **60-80 dollars per game**:

- **Significant Bonus on winning championship**:

- **Bonus on recruit talent**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
