Manager, Partner Engagement

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Primary day-to-day stakeholder with an assigned set of partners in region
- Monitor and grow key partner metrics on platform, including MAU, time spent, downloads, revenue
- Liaise with LG cross-functional teams to amplify partner value to LG customers (Marketing, HQ, Sales, Digital, Engineering, Product Planning).
- Work with content partner to understand the end-user lifecycle and gather insight to optimize relationship on LG platforms.
- Ensure partners are aware of participation opportunities on the platform and maintain their certification requirements as needed.
- Manage business review meetings with associated partners which deliver services within the Canadian market
- Development of KPIs for partnership and tracking progress against the growth plan
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities;
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in partner, brand or marketing management function within a Content Distribution, Direct to Consumer business, Services based organizations
- A demonstrable understanding of Media and Streaming businesses in the Canadian market
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficient working with data to develop insights for multiple stakeholders
