**Roy Foss Thornhill** is seeking a **Full Time Accounting Clerk **with** Automotive Dealership **experience to join our dynamic team.

**About the Accounting Clerk role**:

- Process vehicle sales transactions.
- Process vehicle purchases and lease buyouts
- Process vendor invoices and prepare cheques for payment.
- Prepare daily deposits and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain and reconcile relative schedules on a routine basis
- Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Assist with other accounting, admin tasks, and special projects as required

**What you bring to the role**:

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- **Car dealership experience is highly preferred.**:

- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Reynolds ERA-IGNITE experience is a major asset.
