As a Baker at Culbert's Bakery, you'll step into a role where you'll have the opportunity to hone your baking skills while contributing to the legacy of our historic establishment. Here's what you'll be doing:

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of baking experience, with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our recipes' integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and composure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
