Bachelor’s degree or equal college diploma/certificate.
- Must have some related experience.
- Must have a vehicle to travel around GTA if required.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, PC hardware, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, routers, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of computer parts and networking systems.
- Good communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain the organization's Data.
- A+ certificate is a strong asset.

**Additional Skills**:

- Effective team player and an excellent communicator.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in resolving various issues related to their computer infrastructure.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for customers.
- Provide technical information to clients on available products and services to meet their needs.
- Deploying and installing workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
- Schedule and manage maintenance agreements.
- Complete work orders, tests, and maintenance reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$34,000.00 per year
