**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the monthly closing process including creating accruals, validating results and reporting results to key stakeholders
- Perform monthly analysis by providing commentary and insights on the results
- Actively participate in the monthly forecasting process and budgeting process and interact cross-functionally with the business to drive accurate forecasts
- Work with Corporate Accounting and Shared Services areas to ensure that results are consistent with U.S. GAAP
- Work cross-functionally with the franchising and real estate development team
- Assist the brand is processing invoices and purchase orders
- Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of finance or accounting experience
- Demonstrated organization skills in order to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work with others
- Self-starter, energetic with a strong sense of initiative
- Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting an asset
