Novacorp Properties Limited is a full-service real estate company specializing in the management, development, sales, and leasing of commercial, residential and condominium properties throughout Atlantic Canada. We are currently searching for a Condominium Property Manager, to be based in our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office, who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium properties in the Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:
As Condominium Property Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a portfolio of condominium properties located throughout HRM.

These responsibilities primarily include:

- Daily communication with Condominium Owners, Board Members and building staff;
- Preparation and management of annual operating budgets;
- Preparation of monthly Management Reports reflecting ongoing activity and financial position;
- Negotiation and monitoring of building service contracts (maintenance and repair, snow removal, landscaping, etc.;
- Communication with suppliers and contractors and managing work orders;
- Interpreting and enforcing the Condominium Act and other governing documents;
- Attend monthly Board meetings and Annual General Meetings, both during the day and evening;
- Undertake regular inspection of the properties;
- Recruit, hire and manage building staff.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven property management experience, preferably in management of condominium properties;
- Post secondary training;
- Exceptional organizational, job planning and management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment while performing high level customer service;
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral;
- An eye for detail, a sense of humor and value working in a team environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel;
- A reliable vehicle.
