This position will be responsible for completing horizontal drilling at various site locations as assigned by the Departmental Manager/ Project Foreman. Comprehension of locates, ability to complete company administrative paperwork (timesheets, inspections etc) to name a few would be required.
- Perform directional drilling (horizontal drilling) with capabilities of using 40x55, 24x40, 10x15, or 23x30 Vermeer units
- Operate locator head if required
- Work jointly with Foreman to ensure safe drilling guidelines are met
- Follow TSSA/ policies for safe drilling
- Ability to understand, read/ interpret locate packages
- Disciplined in prioritization and organization of work.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Adhere to all applicable company standards/regulations and all Health & Safety regulations as outlined by the company
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to lift "heavy" objects exceeding 50lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to read and write in English

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
WHMIS (valid within 1 year)
Emergency First Aid (valid within 3 year)
Working at Heights (valid within 3 years)
Valid AZ license with clean abstract would be considered an asset. Minimum G drivers license required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.00-$40.00 per hour
