The ideal **Patient Care Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

We’ve been providing high quality dentistry to the Strathroy community for over 2 decades. Our team is friendly and experienced. We always focus on providing our patients with a comfortable experience and offer sedation dentistry for those who are anxious.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator/ Dental Receptionist is required**:

- Completion of diploma/certificate in office administration is preferred
- ** Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset**:

- ** Entry level applicants are welcome to apply**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
