**The Community**
The RM of Corman Park is the most densely populated rural municipality in Saskatchewan. A welcoming and thriving community surrounding the City of Saskatoon and covering over 800 sq. miles. The RM is in proximity to a major Saskatchewan transportation hub. All major highways entering and leaving the city of Saskatoon are in the RM. The Community has a population of about 9,000 people and a trading area that also includes the City of Saskatoon. This is a municipality that has invested in infrastructure and is extremely active in Economic Development. Major industries located in the RM currently include, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial enterprises, Mineral Resource industries and of course the RM is a service center in the surrounding area. Communities within the RM boundaries include Martensville, Warman, Dalmeny, Langham, and Osler.

The RM maintains a police force consisting of 13 officers and there are excellent school systems in the RM. Recreational activities include access to golf courses, arenas, ball diamonds, swimming pools, dog parks great fishing, canoeing, paddle-boarding and cross-country ski trails.

**Position Summary**:
The Chief Administrative Officer has a well-rounded senior management team which includes but not limited to, the Director of Corporate Service, Director of Public Works and Infrastructure, the Director of Planning and Development, Human Resources and Bylaw Officer.

**Ideal Requirements include**:

- A University degree in public administration, business, management or in a relevant professional discipline. A minimum Class "C" Certificate in Local Government Administration and/or be eligible to attain a Class "C" certificate and become a member of the RMAA. (Equivalencies may be considered)
- Five years intermediate/senior management experience, preferably in municipal government.
