**Job Summary**

Perma-Pipe Canada, Ltd. is a dynamic, global supplier of pipe coating solutions and factory pre-insulated piping systems to the oil & gas, district heating and cooling and industrial markets. We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Maintenance Technician** for our Camrose facility.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on pipe coating equipment and controls, material handling and storage equipment, and other plant systems
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set up of machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical related machine problems and work with maintenance and production team members to ensure up-time and limit downtime
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Ability to participate as needed in the installation of entirely new or re located lines with regard to piping, air equipment, water and hydraulics
- Work in a team environment and follow all health and safety regulations

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Journeyman Certificate an asset
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- On call flexibility
